Coriander Seeds have a wonderful nutty, almost lemony flavour. The whole seed can be quite tough when used in dishes so usually they are dry fried before use. You don’t need to add any oil, just heat a pan and fry over a medium heat but make sure to keep stirring them so as to avoid burning the seeds.
