Ingredients
- 500g Flaked Almonds (or as much as you want to use)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190C / Gas 5
- Put the almonds on a baking tray and roast them for 10 mins
- Place into a food processor for about 12 mins (or when the almonds have turned to a spreadable paste) Make sure you pause every couple of minutes and scrap the sides back into the main mixture
- To serve, spread over the bread of your choice (we love it on warmed sourdough)
