Our organic 4 seed mix is an organic blend of seeds provides a handy mix in a serving and is a great staple in your food cupboard. Our mix contains pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and linseeds. The variety of seeds gives a lovely combination of colour, texture and taste. The flavour is nutty and the mix provides an excellent combination of protein, fibre and omega 3.

Add to your daily breakfast, be it cereals, muesli, granola, porridge or yoghurt and fruit. Delicious scattered over salads or incorporated into baking, from sweeter recipes like muffins and flapjacks to savoury biscuits, bread and rolls. Or simply use as a healthy snack, maybe mixed up with some nuts or dried fruit.
