Our dried, organic mango strips are tangy with a delicate sweetness. They are wonderfully chewy and a great alternative to fresh mango
Drying mango strips preserves their natural colouring and enhances the sweetness of the fruit. They are ready to eat and are incredibly moreish. Perfect as a snack on-the-go or in lunch boxes.
They make an exotic and fruity addition to salads, curries and salsa.
If you prefer them softer they can be softened by soaking with water and/or fruit juice, or chop them up and add to overnight porridge mix, with rolled oats, almond milk and other fruit – they go really well with apple, banana and pineapple.
