White Fusilli is a type of pasta which is corkscrew in shape. It can be served hot with a sauce or left to cool after cooking and used in a pasta salad.
Our Organic White Fusilli is produced by the Barbagallo family. They have been making pasta on Sicily for over 100 years. This white pasta is produced from high quality Sicilian durum wheat which is made into pasta within 24 hours of being harvested. The milling of the wheat and the pasta production takes place on the same line, a process unique to them.
