Our wholewheat fusilli comes from Sicily. It has been made there by the same family for over 100 years and they still use all of their traditional methods. Its name – fusilli – comes from fuso which means spun. This reflects how the pasta is made into its corkscrew shapes.
It is super easy to cook – simply add to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.
