Banana chips are a tasty and crunchy snack, that can also be added to muesli or nuts and seeds to make up your own trail mix or granola.
Banana chips are usually made from firmer varieties of banana such as the Saba. This is because the fruit retains more of its flavour during the preparation. Decorate cakes or desserts or even incorporate into recipes for ice-cream, banana bread, cakes or muffins.
Our banana chips are crisp not chewy, fried in coconut oil and dipped in sugar.
