Our Bombay mix is a mild version. Originating in India, versions are now made in many different Eastern countries. They all share a similar method of production and are made using various spicy, dried ingredients.
Bombay Mix is crisp, crunchy and an ideal snack. We love to pop some into bowls to share when friends pop over for drinks.
Ingredients: noodles (gram flour, rapeseed oil, maize flour, potato starch, salt, chilli, caraway seeds, cumin seeds, sodium bicarbonate), lentils, PEANUTS, chickpeas, rapeseed oil, salt & spices.
