Chilli Flakes add a fabulously fiery taste to a dish. They are particularly good when added to scrambled eggs!
Chilli flakes are often used when cooking savoury dishes. They can also be used to liven up chocolate and desserts! Many of our customers use them to spice up pizza toppings. Remember that if you add them to a dish at the beginning, it makes the whole thing spicy; if you add them at the end, they give intense flashes of heat.
